Who Am I?
An Executive Business Coach with a UK legal background, I have over 10 years of corporate experience working for some of the world’s largest financial institutions.
I offer both one-on-one and team-based confidential coaching to business leaders, CEOs and captains of industry, assisting them to realise their true leadership potential and drive quantifiable change for their organisation and those who comprise it.
As a solutions-focused, certified executive coach and mediator, I work across a range of sectors, with the single objective of maximising client job satisfaction and facilitating optimal team communications and interaction for improved business outcomes.
During my career in the corporate sector, I have witnessed firsthand the impact that leaders and business managers have on performance, engagement, and office culture, and the direct weighting this has on company output. I have also experienced how important it is to replace default reactions and habits with intention and purpose.
